SHORT ACTION PLAN
The Initial Response Action Plan is the short one-page document used in the early stages of planning where the same IMT that develop the plan will implement the plan. It is designed for quick development, easy implementation, a focus on key response priorities and continuity of response efforts.
Note: This is a generic template for our multi-agency training. Many organisations have their own agency specific version.

CONSOLIDATED ACTION PLAN
The multi-page Action Plan including agency tasks contingency planning, PIM plan and other information to support continued response activities in a multi-agency and/or multi-period operation.

CIMS V3 STRUCTURE
We get a lot of requests for copies of the CIMS structure (v3) poster that we use on our training. We make this freely available for use, printing and copying to support your implementation of CIMS.
This is designed to be printed standard A1 size, Landscape, though can be scaled down to suit.

CIMS VESTS
The vests we use on our training are sourced in NZ from Jaedon Manufacturing.
The colours are standardised by function and Jaedon can arrange the screen printing of function titles. We use a lightweight version without the pockets and buckles – but you can customise to whatever meets your needs.
There are numerous other providers/manufacturers available throughout NZ. A quick Google search will show these.
