THE BUSINESS OF THE AGM SHALL BE:
UNDER CLAUSE 9.5 OF THE LANDSAR NZ CONSTITUTION TO:
Receive and adopt the annual report. (Contained in the Yearbook)
Receive and adopt the audited Statement of Financial Performance and Statement of Financial Position for the previous Financial Year. (Contained in the Yearbook)
Receive an outline of the LandSAR programme for the following year. (Contained in the Business Plans)
Receive a report from the Board outlining LandSAR's performance against the Strategic Plan for the previous year(Contained in the Yearbook)
Elect Directors
Appoint an auditor
Consider any business, proposed resolutions or remits, of which notice has been given to the Chief Executive Officer at least one month before the AGM
UNDER CLAUSE 5.1(D) CONSIDER LIFE MEMBERSHIP NOMINATIONS OF THE LANDSAR NZ CONSTITUTION
National Life Members: being those persons that have made an outstanding contribution to SAR in New Zealand that and have been so elected in accordance with these Rules. The number of National Life Members will not exceed 10 at any time. |
